Because our service provides personalized astrological and tarot readings, we collect specific data (such as birth dates and locations) to generate your cosmic insights. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on or use our application (including via Telegram). This includes:
- Profile Data: Name, Telegram ID, and profile picture (if authenticated via Telegram).
- Astrological Data: Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth provided by you to calculate astrological charts.
- Conversation History: Chat transcripts, tarot card draws, and diary entries generated during your interactions with Kepsec AI.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive to:
- Deliver Services: Calculate your astrological transits, generate tarot readings, and provide personalized AI conversations.
- Process Payments: If you purchase a premium subscription, billing information is securely processed by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- AI Processing: We securely transmit your chat context to our LLM partners (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate responses. By using our service, you consent to this processing.
4. Your CCPA Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information under the CCPA. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information.
