We do not make any warranties concerning the accuracy, reliability, or predictive nature of the readings provided. Under no circumstances should you alter your course of action or delay seeking professional advice based on a reading from Kepsec AI.
2. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By registering an account or initiating a conversation with our bot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Kepsec AI offers both free daily interactions and premium subscription plans (e.g., Kepsec Pro). By upgrading to a premium plan, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.
Subscriptions run continuously and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within the app via Profile → Cancel Subscription, or by contacting us at support@kepsec.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States.
You and Kepsec AI agree that both parties may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Kepsec AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from or relating to your use of the service.
